Crafting the identity of a fruit peel store
The brief for this work was to craft the brand identity for a food store that could have a defined role and a purpose within the social context of contemporary society. For this reason, the brand has been imagined in order to reduce the food wastes in the metropolis of Tokyo. Peel is therefore a food store that only sells fruit’s peel. The idea is to enhance an organic and nutritious component like the peel that is often considered an element to be discarded. Several elements have been design to shape Peel’s identity including logo, packaging, posters, business card, communication campaign, copywriting. The project has been made together with Yamada Koki, Yen Ling and Yu Cintin during the Visual Communication class held by Professor Kenya Hara at Musashino Art University in Tokyo.
